The Recruitment Agency of the Year & Best Client Service 2015

Home-grown executive search and recruitment firm ScienTec Consulting has won top honours at the inaugural Asia Recruitment Awards 2015. It beat eight other local and international agencies (see below) to claim the Gold Trophy for Recruitment Agency of the Year. ScienTec Consulting also took home the Silver Trophy for Best Client Service.

The Asia Recruitment Awards is a regional awards programme organised by Human Resources Magazine. It is dedicated to excellence in recruitment & talent acquisition and judged solely by senior HR professionals.

ScienTec Consulting was chosen as The Recruitment Agency of the Year based on evidence of all-round achievements and delivered measurable results in the areas of client service and candidate experience, as well as employee satisfaction. In addition, it has also demonstrated reputable branding, strong profits, solid business knowledge and low staff turnover, crucial factors that set the stage for future organisational growth. Since 2002, ScienTec Consulting has enjoyed consistent growth figures averaging 47% in revenue year on year, and it has one of the highest profit margins for a mid- to large-sized recruitment agency in Asia.
